CENTER GATE ESTATES, SECTION III

Welcome to Center Gate Estates Section III, which includes villas on Atwood Cay Circle and Atwood Cay Place.  Our community includes 42 two and three bedroom villas ranging from 1,500 to 1,950 square feet with lovely private courtyards for outdoor entertaining.  Our community amenities include a pool and screened common area.  We pride ourselves in being a socially active community with caring neighbors.
